Steven L.

Steven L. is currently the Director of Analytical and Microbiological Services at Ecolab, where they lead a team of 45 professionals providing critical support services in the fields of chemistry and microbiology. They previously held multiple roles at Ecolab, including Program Leader and Principal Chemist, focusing on innovation and product development in various sectors such as floor care and foodservice. Prior to their career at Ecolab, Steven served as a National Institutes of Health Post-doctoral fellow at the University of Minnesota, where they specialized in biomimetic iron complexes. They hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Northwestern University and a B.A. from Gustavus Adolphus College.
