Timothy O'Brien

Timothy O'Brien is an experienced professional in regulatory affairs and supply chain engineering with Ecolab since August 2008, currently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain Engineering and Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs for North America. O'Brien has led multiple regulatory programs essential for maintaining Ecolab's market leadership in water, hygiene, and energy technologies. Previous roles at Ecolab include Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs for EU Biocides and various director positions focused on compliance and toxicology. Prior to Ecolab, O'Brien worked at Brown and Caldwell as an Associate/Principal Scientist, focusing on compliance for public water and wastewater utilities. Timothy O'Brien holds a Ph.D. in Toxicology from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Aquatic Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Superior.
