Todd Frazier

Todd Frazier serves as the Vice President of Global Indirect Tax at Ecolab, a position held since January 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing global VAT and sales tax compliance. Previously, Todd held the role of Vice President for Global Tax Reporting, managing Ecolab's tax reporting and compliance for income tax and indirect tax in the US and Canada. Prior experience also includes directing tax activities during the tax-free spin-off of ChampionX and managing financial planning and analysis for global supply chain finance. Before joining Ecolab, Todd was a Director at Deloitte Tax LLP from 2002 to 2013. Todd holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Harding University.
