Tracy Marvin

Tracy Marvin is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and HR management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Ecolab since June 2017, Tracy oversees HR operations for over 280 employees across the Greensboro Plant and Winston-Salem Distribution Facility. Prior to joining Ecolab, Tracy held the position of Senior Employee Relations Manager at MillerCoors, managing employee and labor relations for various technical and financial departments. Tracy’s earlier career includes roles as Human Resources Coordinator III at Fort James, Human Resources Coordinator at Boise Cascade, and Human Resources Specialist at Kimberly-Clark, emphasizing a solid foundation in labor relations and employee management. Tracy holds an MBA in Labor Relations from the University of Memphis, a BSBA in Personnel Management from the University of Arkansas, and a BA in Psychology from Baylor University.
