Rekha Menon

Rekha Menon serves as the Director-Technical at EcoLance Private Limited since October 2021. Prior to this role, Rekha was an Independent Consultant and Auditor specializing in Climate Change and Sustainability from November 2019 to February 2023, leading over 30 forestry and blue carbon project validations and verifications, and participating in more than 400 projects in various capacities. Rekha's previous experience includes serving as the Manager for Environment & Climate Change at RINA India from June 2014 to November 2019, and as Team Leader for GHG Services at RINA from October 2007 to May 2014, focusing on business development, technical reviews, and project validations for various environmental standards.
