Pierre de Panafieu

Pierre de Panafieu has held the position of Directeur at Ecole Alsacienne since 1990, where Pierre also serves as Censeur- directeur du Grand Collège. From 2001 to 2007, Pierre was a Professeur d'histoire at Middlebury College. Prior experience includes being a Maître de conférence en Histoire at Sciences Po from 1989 to 2001 and an Éditeur assistant at Hachette Book Group in 1989-1990. Pierre obtained an Agrégation in Histoire from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne between 1987 and 1988, following a Maîtrise d'histoire in American History from the same institution from 1978 to 1982, and completed the Baccalauréat at Ecole alsacienne from 1971 to 1977.
