Morgan Labar

Morgan Labar serves as Director at Ecole nationale supérieure des beaux-arts de Lyon since September 2024 and previously held the same title at Ecole Supérieure d'Art d'Avignon until September 2024. Labar has been an Enseignant at Ecole Du Louvre, Paris, and an Enseignant associé au Département ARTS at Ecole normale supérieure since September 2019. Additional roles include Enseignant-chercheur / Visiting Assistant Professor at Ecole normale supérieure, and an earlier academic position as Adjunct Professor at PSL Research University / CPES from 2013 to June 2021. Labar's research experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Institut national d'histoire de l'art from September 2019 to September 2020, along with positions as a Research Assistant and Intern at Centre Pompidou-Metz and Nuit Blanche Paris. Labar earned a Doctorat in Histoire de l'art from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and multiple degrees from Ecole normale supérieure.
