Adrien Demongeot

Adrien Demongeot is a Research Associate at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne since July 2021, focusing on nutrition research and development at the EHL Institute of Nutrition. Prior to this role, Adrien served as a Scientific Collaborator (post-doc) at the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne from November 2017 to October 2021. Adrien has also worked as a Researcher in Physics and Chemistry of Polymer Materials during a PhD at ESPCI Paris from February 2013 to December 2016, and held a position as a Research Assistant at Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences in 2012. Earlier in career, Adrien was a Junior Research and Development Engineer at Saint-Gobain for a brief duration in 2011. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Physics and Chemistry of Materials from Pierre and Marie Curie University, two Master's degrees—one in Physical Chemistry from ESPCI Paris and another in Physics and Chemistry of Materials from Pierre and Marie Curie University, alongside intensive undergraduate studies in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and technology from Lycée Carnot in Dijon.
