Emily Kaye

Emily Kaye is a seasoned operations and people management professional currently serving as VP of Operations & People at Ecologi, a B Corp™, since February 2022, where previous roles included Director of Operations & People and Head of Operations. Prior to joining Ecologi, Emily held various leadership positions at Amazon Logistics from May 2017 to November 2021, culminating in the role of Senior Manager of Operations Integration. Additionally, experience at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc spanned from September 2013 to April 2017 in multiple managerial roles, and a brief stint at Centrica as Change Support Manager occurred in June 2012. Emily holds an MChem in Chemistry from The University of Edinburgh and completed a placement year in Electrochemistry at Universitat d'Alacant.
