Joel Moss has extensive work experience in the book manufacturing and packaging industry. Joel began their career in 1975 as the Director of Corporate Purchasing at Horowitz Rae Book Manufacturers and held this position until 1992. From 1987 to 1992, Moss served as the Director of Purchasing and Production Services at the same company. In 1992, they joined Ecological Fibers, Inc. as the General Manager and later became the Vice President of Packaging and Specialty Products in 2002, a position they currently hold.
