Emily and Mike have over 21 years of combined experience as mammal Ecologists, working for a large multidisciplinary consultancy, before both setting up their own Ecological consultancies in 2020 and 2018 (respectively).
 
Both Emily and Mike have developed an expertise in a wide range of mammal surveys and the design and implementation of suitable and effective mitigation measures, which they have used on a wide variety of projects throughout their careers.
 
Ecology Elements is the combination of both Emily and Mike’s experience and passion for mammal ecology and offers the following services: Ecological Consultancy (i.e. mammal surveys and monitoring techniques, mitigation design and implementation, development design, planning and legislation advice), Training, and Research.
