Raciel Garcia is a seasoned professional in mechanical engineering with extensive experience in management and consulting roles. Since January 2002, Raciel has been serving as the General Manager at Empresa de Ingenieria y Servicios S.A. (EISA). Prior to this position, Raciel worked as a consultant in the mechanical area at Compaiañ Minera HEMCO from February 2002 to 2015, specializing in the repair, assembly, and maintenance of ball mills, as well as the design of tailing systems and pumping systems. Raciel's earlier roles included serving as Industrial Manager at Nandaime Sugar Mill from January 1998 to July 1999 and at Monte Rosa Sugar Mill from January 1992 to July 1997. Raciel holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Havana, where studies were completed from 1967 to 1972.
