We make hiring great talent easy. (specifically for DTC ecom brands/agencies)

After building a performance creative agency that's helped over 100 brands scale past $1M/month, I saw the same pattern: brands who struggle to find great talent or rely entirely on agencies for creative production.

So I created two solutions:

✅ Solution 1: Vetted Creative Strategist Hiring

Need a creative strategist fast?

We'll place a vetted A-player into your team in 1-2 weeks.

No more 6-month hiring cycles, bad fits, or wasted LinkedIn ad spend.

Just hungry, experienced strategists from our global network who've made brands over six figures with their ads.

✅ Solution 2: Full In-House Creative Team Build

Ready to build your full in-house team?

We'll build your entire creative department in 4 weeks—strategists, editors, designers, plus access to 300+ vetted UGC creators.

You get a team that produces winning ads every day, systems that scale, and full ownership of your creative engine.

The result?

You scale faster, save on agency fees, and double your brand's enterprise value when it's time to exit.

Our unfair advantage:

✅ Hired 100+ marketing team members and interviewed 500+ candidates
✅ Built multiple high-performing creative teams from scratch
✅ Developed proven systems that generate hundreds of winning ads monthly
✅ Created a global network of top 1% creative talent

You get teams that care about your results, produce on-brand content consistently, and help you scale without the chaos.

I've been through the struggle. Now you don't have to.
