Arild Fagerland

Arild Fagerland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT, digital services, and business development. Currently serving as Leder IT og digitale tjenester and Digital forretningsutvikler at Econa since April 2021, Arild has previously excelled as Styreleder at Roster Rabbit, where innovative staffing software development was a key focus, supported by Innovasjon Norge and recognized as a research enterprise. Prior roles include various positions at TGI Fridays and Pronto Communication AB, where Arild managed marketing initiatives for major brands such as Disney Norge. Arild also has a background in leadership roles within political organizations, including Chairman of Karmøy Unge Høyre.
