Brighton Raradza CA(SA) has a diverse work experience. Brighton worked at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe from 2012 to the present, starting as a Financial Controller and then progressing to the roles of General Manager and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, they were a Finance Manager - Reporting at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe from 2009 to 2011. Their responsibilities included preparing management and statutory accounts in accordance with IFRS and conducting consolidation work. Before joining Econet, Brighton worked as an Audit Supervisor at Deloitte from 2008 to 2009.

Brighton Raradza CA(SA) obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) Accounting Science Hons degree from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a B Comm Hons degree in Accounting from the National University of Science and Technology (ZW) in 2005.
