Emmanuel Mdlongwa

Emmanuel Mdlongwa is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service support and network administration. Currently serving as the Manager of Service Support at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe since November 2017, Emmanuel has also held various roles including Acting Manager-Service Support and Service Support Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as Service Delivery Engineer at Kwesé and Database Administrator at TTCS Global. At PPC Zimbabwe, Emmanuel executed tactical plans for IT infrastructure strategy and managed local area networks while assisting in the preparation of budgets and project delivery. Emmanuel began the career in technical support with SoftIT and holds a Bachelor of Science and Technology Honours in Information Systems and a Master's Degree in Information Systems Management from Midlands State University.
