John W. Tracey

CFO at ECONOLITE

John W. Tracey is Econolite’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Tracey is responsible for the Company’s worldwide finance organization, which includes managing acquisitions, guiding corporate strategy, administering tax planning, accounting and reporting, and overseeing internal audit programs. Mr. Tracey brings three decades of corporate accounting and tax experience to Econolite.

In addition to his responsibilities at Econolite, Mr. Tracey is a member of the Marshall Business School Alumni Association, University of Southern California. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA), as well as a licensed certified public accountant. Mr. Tracey has also served as the President of the School Board for St. Philip the Apostle School (Pasadena, Calif.).

Prior to joining Econolite, Mr. Tracey was most recently a Managing Partner with the financial planning and accounting firm Lucas, Horsfall, Murphy & Pindroh, LLP (Pasadena, Calif.). Before that, he was with the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young.

Mr. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California (Los Angeles, Calif.).
