Dmitriy Goryachev

Dmitriy Goryachev has extensive experience in data analysis and statistical programming. Dmitriy started their career as a SAS Programmer at SAIC from 2003 to 2005. Dmitriy then joined Econometrica, Inc. as a Data Analyst/SAS Programmer from 2005 to 2011, where they contributed to multiple projects for the U.S. federal government. After that, they worked at QSSI as a Business/Data Analyst from 2011 to 2013, supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in recovering overpayments made to healthcare providers. Since 2013, Dmitriy has been working at Econometrica, Inc. in various roles. Dmitriy started as a Senior Programmer/Analyst, providing statistical programming and data analysis support for clients in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, housing, and the environment sectors. Currently, Dmitriy is the Director of the Data Analytics Group at Econometrica, Inc., overseeing a team of economists and programmers working on projects for CMS, federal agencies, and private-sector clients. Dmitriy specializes in payment incentives, healthcare quality and performance measurements, pharmaceuticals, electronic health records, Medicare and Medicaid populations, housing, and the environment.

Dmitriy Goryachev's education history includes a Master of Science (MS) degree in Database Systems Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Decision and Information Technology from the University of Maryland, completing their studies from 1998 to 2001.

In addition to their degrees, Dmitriy Goryachev has obtained several certifications. Dmitriy became a SAS Certified Advanced Programmer in April 2005 and a SAS Certified Base Programmer in August 2004. Dmitriy also achieved certifications in various courses, including "Taking Your SAS Programming Skills to the Next Level" from SAS in April 2018, "R Programming" from Coursera Verified Certificates in March 2015, and "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" from Coursera Verified Certificates in February 2015.
