Marta Cavagnet

Marta Cavagnet is currently the Director of Finance GBS - Europe at ManpowerGroup, where they lead the Finance GBS organization to achieve operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Marta has over 11 years of experience in Risk Assurance at PwC, where they managed national and international projects focused on internal control systems and IT processes. Prior to their current role, they served as Head of Large Enterprise Department and led multiple initiatives in recruitment and operational transformation at ManpowerGroup Italia. Marta holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and is pursuing an MBA at Harvard Business School.
