Douglass Lynott has over 20 years of experience in economic development, affordable housing, and community engagement. Douglass has held various senior roles in government agencies such as the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration, USDA Rural Development, Fairfax County Government, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Their responsibilities have included leading interagency collaborations, program management, policy development, and community partnership building. Additionally, Douglass has served on the boards of non-profit organizations and provided technical assistance to state and local governments.
Douglass Lynott earned a BA in English from St. Norbert College in 1993. Douglass later pursued a Masters in Public Administration-Urban Affairs, with a focus on Political Science and Sociology, from Michigan State University, graduating in 1998.
