Patrick Bourke brings extensive experience in workforce development and education, most recently serving as Program Lead for the U.S. Economic Development Administration's historic $500 million Good Jobs Challenge, overseeing 39 regional workforce training systems and achieving significant enrollment and job placement results. Prior roles include leadership positions at ECMC Foundation, where contributions involved shaping strategies for postsecondary Career and Technical Education, and research analyst duties at the Higher Education Research Institute at UCLA, focusing on data analysis for national surveys. Additional experience includes training roles at The Posse Foundation and resident assistant responsibilities at Oberlin College. Patrick holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Education & Organizational Change from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in African American Studies and Religion from Oberlin College.
