Hilary Parker is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in content marketing, public relations, and editorial management. Currently serving as Communications Manager at the Economic Development Alliance of Skagit County, Hilary focuses on storytelling and social media campaign execution. As the owner of Storied Creative Services since 2006, Hilary specializes in content marketing for the construction, health & wellness, and tourism sectors. Previous roles include Strategic Communications at Whatcom Community College Foundation, Marketing Specialist at Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce, and Editor for CBE Catalyst magazine. Hilary has taught advanced editing courses at Western Washington University and has held various marketing and editorial positions in multiple organizations, demonstrating strong leadership and expertise in communication strategy and content development. Hilary holds a Master's degree in Communications & Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Western Washington University.
