London Durham possesses extensive experience in continuous improvement and operations within educational and philanthropic sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Continuous Improvement at Economic Mobility Systems since July 2025, London previously held a similar role at The Commit Partnership from February 2020 to September 2025, overseeing operations for the Dallas County Promise initiative. Prior experience includes a role as Workforce Registry Coordinator at ChildCareGroup, where responsibilities included administering projects related to the Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System and delivering instructional training.
