Margaret Walls is the Director of the Economic Opportunity Program, Inc. Margaret was previously an Associate Professor at the School of Economics & Finance at Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand from 1996 to 2000.

Margaret Walls has a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Kentucky.
