Colton Harguth

Colton Harguth is a Senior Associate at Economic & Planning Systems, Inc. since September 2021, where responsibilities include developing pro forma cash flow models to assess project feasibility in economic and financial consulting, focusing on real estate development and public finance. Prior to this role, Colton served as an Economic Development Specialist for the City of Littleton from May 2018 to September 2021, conducting economic analyses and managing the Revitalization Incentive Grant while liaising with the private sector. Colton started as a Summer Intern in the Economic Development department, contributing to business retention and attraction efforts. Colton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and has studied at Charles University and Dakota Wesleyan University.
