Luke Foelsch

Luke Foelsch's work experience begins in 2012 as a Food Service Director at YMCA Camp Wapsie. Luke then worked as a Bartender at Blue Moose Tap House from an unspecified date in 2013 until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Luke worked as a Leasing Agent at SouthGate Companies. In 2018, they held multiple roles including being a Research Assistant for Career Services at the University of Iowa, a Planning Intern at the City of Iowa City, and a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at the University of Iowa. At the University of Iowa, Luke conducted research on housing affordability trends. In 2019, they joined Economic & Planning Systems, Inc. as an Urban Economics & Planning Associate and later became a Senior Urban Economics & Planning Associate in 2021. Luke's current position is Vice President at Economic & Planning Systems, Inc., which they have been holding since July 2023.

Luke Foelsch completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2010 to 2014. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning at the University of Iowa from 2017 to 2019.
