Susan Marcus

Susan Marcus is an experienced administrative manager currently at Economic & Planning Systems, Inc. since January 2012. Previously, Susan served as Regional Operations Manager at AIPAC, where responsibilities included managing operations for two regional offices, overseeing a staff of 20 and a $5 million annual budget, as well as directing two office relocations. Earlier experience includes Operations/Help Desk Manager at Golden Gate University, leading cross-functional teams to support technology for students and staff, and Help Desk Support Specialist at Frost & Sullivan. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management of Information Systems from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Maryland.
