Mahbub Rahman

Mahbub Rahman has a long history of work experience. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Windows Network Administrator at Liton Cyber Cafe. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Customer Service Associate at Wawa, Inc. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Delivery Expert at Domino's Pizza. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a TestOps Associate at Aayan Tech Solutions, where they learned about SDLC and Software Test processes and gained hands-on experience in both manual functional testing and automation testing. Since 2016, they have been working as a Software Engineer at Economic Systems Inc., researching and identifying production bugs, providing issue reproduction details, and fixing them. Mahbub also serves as a CCB board member to review code changes from a developer and QA perspective and helps deploy builds to prod by completing various automated QA tests. Mahbub has also served as Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, leading several test automation projects, and Quality Assurance Manager, managing QA environment, resources, and schedules.

Mahbub Rahman has a comprehensive educational background. Mahbub obtained a High School Diploma in Science from Savar Cantonment Public School & College between 2001 and 2003. Mahbub then attended North South University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering between 2006 and 2009. In 2010, they earned an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Northern Virginia Community College, which they completed in 2017. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from institutions such as LinkedIn, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Microsoft, Splunk, CompTIA, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
