WHO ARE WE?

We are a dynamic interdisciplinary research group located in a very pleasant space in the heart of Paris. Our work sits at the crossroads of statistical physics, quantitative finance, economics, and complex systems. We combine theoretical modelling with a strongly empirical approach to explore a wide range of topics, including market microstructure and price formation, market impact, wealth and income inequalities, social dynamics, environmental sustainability, and macro-financial networks.

Through our collaboration with Capital Fund Management, École Polytechnique and the Institut Louis Bachelier, we benefit from a rich academic ecosystem and access to a large community of world-class experts in quantitative finance and data-driven modelling.
