Chris Blakney

Chris Blakney is a seasoned economic advisor with extensive experience in the intersection of economics, public policy, and design. Currently serving as a Partner and Senior Economic Advisor at ECOnorthwest since January 2024, Blakney previously held the position of Managing Principal at Datsign Solutions from September 2017 to January 2020, focusing on integrating data analysis and design in market and policy contexts. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Economist at Mackenzie, where responsibilities included developing economic consulting services for clients and internal teams.
