Emily Picha

Emily Picha is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in urban planning and economic development. Currently, Emily serves as a Project Director and Chief of Staff at ECOnorthwest, where Emily plays a key role in advancing the company's strategy. Prior to this, Emily worked at City of Beaverton as an Associate Planner and at Fregonese Associates, Inc. as an Urban Planner. Emily holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University and a BA in Global Economics from University of California, Santa Cruz.
