Justin Sherrill is a technical manager and associate at ECONorthwest since March 2019, bringing expertise in urban and regional planning from academic and professional experiences. Previously, Justin held positions as a graduate research assistant at both the Population Research Center and the Institute of Metropolitan Studies at Portland State University. Prior internships include roles at King County Metro Transit, the City of Redmond as a Geographic Information Systems Technician, and in media and marketing at Metro. Justin earned a Master of Arts in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from Portland State University (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Oregon (2003-2007).
