Robert Parker

Robert Parker has been working at the University of Oregon's Institute for Policy Research & Engagement since June 1999, currently holding the position of Director of Strategy and Technical Solutions. Prior to this role, Robert was the Director of the Community Planning Workshop. Additionally, Robert has been a Senior Project Director/Senior Policy Analyst at ECONorthwest since 1998. With a background in Urban and Regional Planning and Natural Resource Management, Robert's career has been focused on providing planning and technical assistance to communities to enhance their quality of life and economic development.
