Maarten van der Klip

Maarten van der Klip is a Partner at PROW Capital since April 2020, where the focus is on providing asset-backed finance solutions to sustainability leaders. Concurrently, since October 2018, Maarten has been involved with GSF Consultancy as an Interim Management and Technology Professional, specializing in maritime expertise and carbon credits. In this role, Maarten co-develops sustainability finance funds to support shipowners in financing sustainable initiatives. Additionally, Maarten serves as a Strategic Commercial Advisor for eConowind, promoting wind-assisted propulsion in shipping. Previous experiences include serving as Interim Program Manager for The Ocean Cleanup, General Manager Sales, Innovation, and Projects & Development at Wärtsilä, and Export Manager at Stork Food & Dairy Systems B.V. Maarten holds a degree from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2000.
