Jane Dallaway has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jane began their career in 1999 as a Developer at Aspect Internet, where they worked on a content management system. Jane then moved on to Northern Atlas in 2002, where they served as a Developer and Implementation Project Manager. In 2003, they joined Glass's Information Services as a Developer and later became a Lead Developer at EurotaxGlass.

In 2007, Jane joined Madgex, where they held several roles including Senior Software Developer, Development Team Leader, Development Manager, and Service Delivery Manager. At Madgex, they worked on various projects including the implementation of job boards for major publishing clients and the development of the Madgex Job Scraper service.

After leaving Madgex, Jane joined Argyll Environmental Ltd as a Senior Developer and later became a Senior Developer Team Leader. Jane played a crucial role in delivering a risk assessment platform for the company's consultants.

Jane also has experience as a self-employed Software Tester/QA, working with crowdsourcing QA platforms to test websites and applications. Additionally, they founded BrightonBloggers.com in 2003 and remains involved in adding blogs to the platform.

Most recently, Jane joined eConsult as the Head of Quality Assurance.

Jane Dallaway completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computing Science from Newcastle University from 1990 to 1993. Jane also obtained various certifications over the years, including "Building Human Connection in a Digital World" from FutureLearn in October 2020, "Mindful Self-Compassion" from Kindful Way in November 2019, "Understanding diversity and inclusion" from FutureLearn in March 2018, and "Exploring Play" from FutureLearn in October 2014, among others. Additionally, they obtained an NVQ Level 3 Management certification from the Institute of Leadership & Management in September 2010.
