Emily Goldstein

Emily Goldstein is a Senior Analyst at Econsult Solutions since June 2023, following a role as a Research Consultant at Equitable Cities Consulting from August 2022 to June 2023. In 2022, Emily served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for an Introduction to Property Development course at the University of Pennsylvania and completed a Graduate Research Internship at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. Prior experience includes consulting and planning roles at Hudson Square Business Improvement District and a Policy, Planning & Research Fellowship at Times Square Alliance. Emily's research experience spans various organizations including the UNC Center for Community Capital and the Center for Responsible Lending. Emily holds a Master of City Planning in Community and Economic Development from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts with Highest Honors in Geography, alongside minors in City and Regional Planning and Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
