Sławomir Drachal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development, currently serving as the Sales and Marketing Director at eConsulting since May 2021. Prior to this role, Sławomir held various positions at ISS Facility Services Polska from July 2010 to May 2021, including Solution Sales Director, Interim Commercial Director, Business Development Manager, Key Accounts Operational Manager, and Regional Operational Manager, where responsibilities included developing strategic sales plans, managing teams, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Earlier positions at ISS Facility Services Ireland, starting as a site manager and progressing to area supervisor, focused on operational management and service quality. Sławomir holds a Master's degree in Political Science from Akademia Swiętokrzyska im. Jana Kochanowskiego w Kielcach.
