Mike Shu

Mike Shu is the co-founder and CEO of Ecopia.AI, a company they started in 2013. Prior to founding Ecopia.AI, they worked as a research assistant at the University of Waterloo from 2008 to 2015.

Mike Shu has an extensive education history in the field of Geomatics. Mike started by earning their Bachelor of Science degree in GIS from Nanjing University, which took place from 2004 to 2008. Mike then pursued further studies at the University of Waterloo, where they obtained their Master's degree in Geomatics from 2008 to 2010. Building on this, Mike continued at the University of Waterloo to pursue a Ph.D. in Geomatics, which they completed from 2010 to 2015.
