Aaron Wells has served as a Senior Solar Operations Monitoring Specialist at Ecoplexus Inc. since June 2019, previously holding the position of Solar Operations Monitoring Specialist and an internship role. Prior experience includes a Research Assistant position at Appalachian State University from August 2018 to May 2019, contributing to the NEXUS Project focused on enhancing farm productivity, with expertise in anaerobic digestion, biochar, and solar thermal heating systems among others. Aaron Wells holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Building Design and Construction (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Appropriate Technology (2014-2018), both from Appalachian State University.
