Rafael Almeida is a Regional Product Specialist at ecoprintQ since January 2020. Rafael has extensive experience in sales and account management in the technology industry, particularly in LATAM and the Caribbean territories. Prior to their current role, Rafael worked as a SOLUTIONS & APPLICATIONS CONSULTANT and SOLUTIONS SALES ENGINEER at different companies, where Rafael excelled in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Rafael also has a background in technical product and project management, successfully coordinating teams and resources to meet business objectives. Rafael holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Havana.
