Bauke Bakker

Bauke Bakker has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Bauke started as a Business Analyst at Hiemstra & De Vries in 2007. After that, in 2009, they became a Land Manager at LiveBuild, responsible for establishing the company in Cameroon. In 2010, they joined MasterPeace as a Base team member, where they played a key role in coordinating the pre-launch of MasterPeace at Bevrijdingspopfestival 2010.

In the same year, they started as a Management Trainee at Alliander, where they worked until 2013. During this time, they also served as a Team Manager for Operations Elektra & Gas at Liander from 2011 to 2012.

In 2012, Bauke took on the role of Transition Manager GEBE (Dutch Caribbean) at Liandon, where they helped local communities in Saba and St. Eustatius establish their own energy company.

In 2013, they became the Team Manager for Project Management & Engineering at Liander, a position they held until 2015.

From 2015 to 2018, Bauke worked as the Business Line Director Solar at Guidion.

Bauke then joined Ecorus in 2018 and held multiple roles, including Director of Ecorus Home from 2018 to 2021, Director of Ecorus Business from 2019 to 2022, and Partner & Commercial Group Director from 2021 until now.

Additionally, Bauke is a Founding Member of Vlaams Installatie Consortium since 2021.

Bauke Bakker began their education journey in 2004 at Utrecht University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bestuurs- & Organisatiewetenschap. Bauke successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2008. Following their interest in public management, Bauke Bakker continued their education at Utrecht University, this time undertaking a Master of Arts degree in Public Management. Bauke enrolled in 2008 and completed their postgraduate studies in 2009.
