Bram Koot has a diverse work experience in various tech roles. Bram currently works at Ecorus as the Lead Developer, overseeing the development team responsible for creating software to manage solar installations. Prior to that, they co-founded RiDERgy and served as the CTO, providing technical guidance and advising on team structure.

Bram also worked as a Technology Consultant at Yobi, a Software Engineering Teacher at Codaisseur, a Software Engineer & Architect at Oneplanetcrowd, and a Backoffice Consultant at SWTCH. Bram has experience in setting up infrastructure, improving graduation rates, and building Docker-based systems using AWS services.

In addition, Bram has worked as a Serverless Architect / Lead Developer at Sungevity International, where they grew the development team and implemented microservices-based architecture. Bram also built a platform for monitoring PV systems using TimescaleDB.

During their sabbatical in 2016, Bram took a break from work. However, prior to that, they worked as a Tour Guide / Cook for Cycletours, leading a team and cooking for large groups of people.

Bram's early career includes working at Universit as a Firestarter / Software Engineer, where they played a crucial role in developing and growing the platform.

Bram Koot attended Eindhoven University of Technology from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Innovation Sciences. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including "Applications of Everyday Leadership," "Designing the Organization: From Strategy to Organizational Structure," and "Foundations of Everyday Leadership" from Coursera in April 2017. Bram also earned a certification in "Functional Programming Principles in Scala (with distinction)" from Coursera in June 2014.
