Floor Theijs

Floor Theijs has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as an Acquisition & Research Team Member for a research project in Brazil and the Netherlands, where they conducted market and consumer analysis and were responsible for acquisition. In 2013, they interned as a Short Term Supply Planning Intern at L'Oréal. From 2015 to 2022, they held various roles at FrieslandCampina, including Manager Logistics, Logistics Account Manager for Valess brand, Lean Project Consultant, and Management Trainee in Supply Chain & Operations. Their responsibilities included overseeing logistics operations, managing teams, implementing improvements, and optimizing processes using Lean principles. In 2023, they joined Ecorus as an Operations Manager.

Floor Theijs attended Basisschool for an undetermined length of time. From 2002 to 2008, they studied Economy & Society at Scholengemeenschap Weredi and obtained their VWO diploma. In 2008, they received a Language Certificate in Advanced & Proficiency from Cambridge. Floor then attended Universiteit Maastricht from 2009 to 2013, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business with a specialization in supply chain management. Finally, from 2014 to 2015, Floor studied at Maastricht University, where they obtained their Master of Science in IB, with a focus on supply chain management.
