Marijn Voets-Zwart

Marijn Voets-Zwart is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the HR-manager and Sr. HR Business Partner at Ecorus since April 2023, Marijn has previously held significant roles, including HR Business Partner at Malmberg from June 2018 to January 2023, where strategic HR advice and policy design were key responsibilities. Prior to that, Marijn was the Interim Hoofd P&O at St. Pieters en Bloklands Gasthuis, leading the establishment and optimization of HR processes. Experience also includes project leadership in HR at Laverhof and Bernhoven, as well as comprehensive HR advisory roles at Het Retraitehuis and Traffic Service Nederland BV. Marijn holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Tilburg University and has pursued additional training from various institutions.
