Toms Feifs

Toms Feifs is the Director at Ecorys, focusing on European communication evaluation as well as education and employment research. With 16 years in the consultancy sector, Toms has completed over 60 studies and 30 evaluations, managing significant projects including monitoring methodologies for 10 pan-European campaigns. Prior to their current role, Toms served as Associate Director at Ecorys and as a Managing Consultant at ICF from 2005 to 2017. Toms holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media, Electronic Media & Public Relations from Concordia International University Estonia, an Institute of Communication certificate from Université Lumière Lyon II, and a Master of Arts in European Studies from Fulda University of Applied Sciences.
