Tim Springer Jr.

Tim Springer Jr. has a strong background in product design and engineering. Tim worked as a Senior Product Design Engineer/ Project Engineer at Ecosense, a Korrus Company, where they managed the full product development lifecycle and provided mechanical designs for UV, optical, high voltage, and low voltage systems. Before that, they worked as a Senior Product Engineer at Deco Lighting, where they designed new product lines, created SOPs for product manufacturing, and oversaw installations at jobsites. Tim was also part of a development team that created patented Bluetooth Mesh power supply, iOS app, and commissioning process. Additionally, Tim served as a Project Manager at Seesmart, where they conducted performance testing and ensured product safety compliance, managed control systems, designed lighting layouts, and constructed the company showroom.

Tim Springer Jr. completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering at UC San Diego from 2004 to 2009. In 2014, they obtained the EIT certification from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES). Additionally, they obtained the LEED Accredited certification from LEED in June 2014.
