Cintia Maretto

Cintia Maretto has worked in a variety of roles across a wide range of industries. Cintia began their career in 2007 as an intern at ITAL - Instituto de Tecnologia de Alimentos, where they were a FAPESP Research Fellow and contributed to various research projects related to food preservation. In 2009, they joined the University of São Paulo as a member of the Extension Group in Food Safety - GESEA, providing consulting services in Quality and Food Safety to food industries, distribution establishments and food services. In 2010, they joined La Mie Câline as an Assistant Purchaser in the Bakery and Confectionery Industry, qualifying suppliers and raw materials, and developing more than 300 food safety sheets. In 2011, they joined IBM as a Contracts Analyst, analyzing and registering contracts for the sales team based in Canada. Cintia was also responsible for internal audit processes to control non-conformities, promoting customer satisfaction and sales productivity. From 2012 to 2022, Cintia Maretto worked for Sebrae-SP as a Business Consultant, Project Manager, and Local Innovation Agent. In their roles, they provided consulting services to companies in the agribusiness, industry, commerce and service sectors, with a focus on strategic marketing, digital marketing, planning, processes, internal controls and quality. Cintia also managed regional projects for sustainable production, value aggregation and reaching new markets. In 2022, they joined Ecotrace Solutions as a Project Manager.

Cintia Maretto completed a Bachelor's degree in Ciências dos Alimentos from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2007 and 2011. Cintia then completed a Bacharelado in Engenharia de Alimentos from Oniris Nantes between 2010 and 2011. Cintia then completed an Especialista em Gestão da Inovação from Universidade Corporativa Sebrae - UCS between 2012 and 2013. Cintia then completed a Master's degree in Ciência e Tecnologia de Alimentos from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2014 and 2016. Lastly, they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Gerenciamento de Projetos from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2017 and 2018.
