Maria Paula Castro

Maria Paula Castro has a long and varied work experience. Maria Paula began their career in 1999 as the Coordenadora Geral of the Programa Alfasol at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas. In 2006, they became the Gerente de Projetos e de Operações at Bureau Translations. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Sescoop/SP - Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem do Cooperativismo no Estado de São Paulo, where they were an Instrutora de Ensino. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Coordenadora Curso Técnico Administração at the Instituto Itacolomi. During this time, they also worked on the Project "Art and Learning" and the Project "Adolescence & Learning". From 2011 to 2021, they worked at Sebrae-SP, where they were the Gestora do Programa Startup-SP and the Gestora do Programa Incubadora-SP. Maria Paula was also the Analista de Cultura Empreendedora & Gestora de Políticas Públicas. Currently, they are the Head of Innovation | Head de Inovação at Ecotrace Solutions, where they develop relationships, partnerships, and connections in the national and international innovation ecosystem. Maria Paula assists in the development of new solutions and globally seeks new trends and technologies to be assimilated by the company. Maria Paula works hard to be always at the forefront and visionary in their industry and constantly seeks opportunities for expansion.

Maria Paula Castro has a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas, which they obtained between 2002 and 2006. Prior to this, they obtained a Licentiate degree in Letras from the same university between 1998 and 2001. Her education history also includes an Ensino Fundamental from the Colegio Visconde de Porto Seguro.
