At Ecotrak, I spearheaded the creation of our v2 platform from scratch, overseeing its architectural redesign, development, and deployment. This modernized platform now supports over 60,000 users across 15,000 locations nationwide. I built the development and QA teams from the ground up, establishing high-performance engineering practices that ensure scalability, reliability, and top-tier user experience.
