Kaitlyn Rich

Kaitlyn Rich, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Community Asset Development at Ecotrust since January 2019, with previous roles including Business Strategist and Redd Metrics & Evaluation Intern. Prior experience includes serving as the Pacific NorthWest Fellow at the Environmental Leadership Program and interning in the Loan Department at Micro Enterprise Services of Oregon. Kaitlyn's extensive background in design and communications is highlighted by positions such as Creative Director and Lead UX Designer at Forix, Technical Designer at Nike, and Communications Associate at Xerces Society Inc. Additionally, Kaitlyn contributed to community outreach efforts as a Community Outreach Coordinator with AmeriCorps VISTA. Educational credentials include an MBA from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Michigan State University.
